Alaska to Argentina | A 15,000 Mile Ride for Charity

Two men, Nate Prescott and Mark Jirik, have been bicycling since July in order to raise money for the after school program at Erie Neighborhood House in Chicago. They started in Alaska by dipping their tires in the Arctic Ocean, and while they have already had a few setbacks, still plan on finishing in Argentina by July 2014. Nate is no stranger to long rides to raise money for charity. He has already rode from New York City to San Francisco to raise money for cancer research. As of September, Prescott and Jirik have made it to Chicago where they are tacking a quick bread to fix their bikes.
